HYROX is a global fitness race: every athlete runs 8 × 1 km, completing one of eight functional workout stations between each run — the same format and standard at every event worldwide.
What are the HYROX stations?
The eight HYROX stations, in race order, are: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. Athletes complete one station between each 1 km run.
When is HYROX 2026?
HYROX 2026 races run year-round in cities worldwide. Use the race calendar to filter by city, region, division and ticket status, and to see live availability for each race.
How do I get HYROX tickets?
HYROX tickets are sold through the official ticket shop and often sell out fast. Track live availability on the calendar and set an alert to be notified when tickets drop or sell out for the races you care about.
